Pocket

The Pocket application is a fintech-based product offered by "Invescore Wallet NBFI" LLC, providing convenient online loan and payment services. "Invescore Wallet NBFI" LLC, established in May 2019, holds a non-banking financial service license authorized by the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia (Decree No 327, November 25, 2019).

The Pocket application ensures compliance with Mongolian laws and regulations and offers the following services:

• Online loans
• Online payments and shopping
• QR-based payment system
• Interbank transactions

Registration Process

Registering on the app requires verification of the phone number, national identification number, and first and last name.

Privacy Policy

We prioritize strict adherence to local regulations and laws in Mongolia. Furthermore, we maintain the confidentiality of private information within highly secure systems. Our compliance extends to the Anti-Money Laundering Commission and the National Data Privacy Commission. We also adhere to the international payment system standards set by PCI-DSS.

Loan Application and Approval

To obtain a loan, customers must download the Pocket application from the App Store and register using valid information. Our advanced AI system evaluates their credit scoring based on data from the Bank of Mongolia's Centralized Loan Database. This prevents customers from receiving multiple loans that could result in repayment difficulties. Once credit scoring is completed and both parties sign the Loan Agreement, the loan can be received instantly into the customer's bank account or Pocket wallet without additional criteria.

If a customer meets their loan requirements and makes timely repayments, they can improve their credit rating and reduce their principal interest rate to 1.5% per month, equivalent to an 18% Annual Percentage Rate (APR).

• Loan amount: MNT 500,000 – MNT 35,000,000
• Monthly interest: 1.5%
• APR: 18%
• Credit line period: Long-term loan with a duration of 3-12 months

For example:

• Principal loan: 500,000 MNT
• Loan period: 3 months (extendable before the term ends)
• Monthly interest: 1.5%
• Monthly payment: 171,400 MNT
• Total fee: 5,000 MNT
• Total interest: 14,198.32 MNT
• Total amount due: 519,199 MNT

Loan Repayment

Customers have the flexibility to extend their loan repayment deadline as needed. Penalty interest is charged for overdue loans at a rate of 20% of the principal interest rate. Our system notifies customers of upcoming repayment dates through SMS messages, email, notifications on the Pocket App, and customer service phone calls. Loan repayments can be made directly through the Pocket application, local bank applications, local bank branches, and ATMs. Timely repayments allow customers to increase their loan amounts, reduce fees, and accumulate bonus points.

Bonus Points Program

The Pocket application offers a bonus points program that allows customers to earn points through various activities and use them to maximize their loan amount and reduce fees. Some ways to earn bonus points include:

1. Repaying the loan on time (+6 points)
2. Making payments (+1 point)
3. Reading daily news (+1 point)
4. Playing games (up to +5 points)
5. Inviting friends (+200 points)
6. Watching explainer videos (+50 points)
7. Other activities
